MILEAGE CHARGE
Travel costs (if applicable? ) 0.8 per mile traveled over 50 miles round trip from 2471 South 116th Way, Burien, WA 98168: (total mileage round trip from Burien to library)-50 * $0.80/mile
With multiple booking discount mileage costs can be split in 1/2 per the following formula: ({total mileage from Burien to library #1 then to library #2 then return to Burien}-50) * $0.80/mile. Travel charge will be split 50/50 between library #1 and #2, unless the libraries request a different split.
EXTRA DISCOUNTED DAY RATE FOR THESE DATES
5/15 through 7/15 and 10/1 through 11/1/, Monday through Friday
up to 2 presentations per day presented at up to 2 library branches/day. Library has option to choose any of Ian’s 5 program offerings for each presentation. Total cost is $725/DAY + ({total mileage from Burien to library #1 then to library #2 then return to Burien}-50) * $0.80/mile.
